Dilip has over 30 years of experience in real estate business development, hospitality management, and construction management. Experience includes direct management, high level management and directing growth.  Dilip is a dedicated,  Kansas City, family man.  When not engrossed in this project, you may find him on the volleyball court or possibly the cricket field.

Pamela Hayward-Kelly, Director

Pamela has been part of Dilip's team for nearly a decade.  A native of Kansas City, she is an executive level hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in multi hotel management, operations and sales.  Pamela brings extensive industry knowledge and skilled team development to build the vast alliance for this Kansas City project.  Pamela and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking and exploring Kansas City.
